Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CenCal Poultry Supplies! We’re committed to delivering your poultry supplements quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us at cencalsupplies2024@gmail.com with your order number.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) at this time.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not guarantee returns or exchanges.

Staff Discretion

In rare cases, returns or replacements may be granted at the discretion of our staff. This is generally reserved for issues such as:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturer defects

To be considered for a discretionary return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request.
