River Lab TLN 25 is a veterinary antibiotic solution containing Tilmicosin Phosphate. According to the label, TLN 25 is a macrolide-family antibiotic derived from tylosin and is indicated for the treatment of certain respiratory diseases in poultry and swine caused by microorganisms susceptible to tilmicosin.

Indications & Benefits

For Poultry: TLN 25 is indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases associated with:

• Mycoplasma gallisepticum
• Mycoplasma synoviae
• Other microorganisms susceptible to the formula

For Swine: The label indicates treatment of respiratory diseases caused by:

• Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae
• Pasteurella multocida
• Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae
• Other microorganisms susceptible to tilmicosin

Active Ingredient / Formula

Each 100 mL contains:

Tilmicosin Phosphate — 25 g
Vehicle — q.s. to 100 mL

This corresponds to a 25% tilmicosin phosphate formulation as stated by the ingredient concentration on the label.

Dosage & Administration

Poultry: 75 mg per liter of drinking water, equivalent to 40 mL per 100 liters of water, for 3 days.

Swine: 15–20 mg/kg body weight, with the label providing 80 mL per 100 liters of drinking water, for 5 days.

Use only as directed on the product label and under appropriate veterinary guidance.

Withdrawal Period

According to the label:

Poultry: 10 days
Swine: 14 days

The label also states not to administer to laying birds producing eggs intended for human consumption.
